Packing List is the add-on for the management of packing list in shipping and receiving processes.

Designed specifically on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to manage packing list for shipping and receiving.

Packing List is part of Horsa Foundation Stack APPs.

Item Packaging
  • Extends item card with Packing List information
  • Multiple definition of Item Packaging for each item, containing different levels of indentation
Item Packing List content
  • Master items, for example pallets
  • Packaging, for example boxes
  • Additional, for example films and other consumables
Packing lists can be assigned to customers, vendors and Transfer documents, for specific uses.
Sales, purchase and transfer documents can have their own packing lists, so materials for shipping and receiving purpose can be automatically posted to the inventory.
Furthermore the packagings on the documents can be manually defined, giving the user maximum flexibility in use.
Trought various functions, the user can assemble or de-assemble the structure of the packaging, calculating weights and parcel units at each level.

License Required

Some functions require a valid Horsa License (subscription – contact Horsa – not for free).
